Snow

On November 17, the first snow flakes of the season began to fall. Wanting Lydia to fully experience the first snowflakes since her birth, we put on her coat and headed out.

There were really only a couple snowflakes falling, and I think Lydia just felt confused as to why were standing outside in the cold, but I got her first picture with snowflakes in her hair, so I was happy.

On December 5, Lydia saw her first "real" snow, when things were actually covered with snow. We didn't go out in it to take pictures this time, but we did look at it, talk about it, and felt the cold glass door.

I love the looking-through-the-glass pictures. Sophie, too, loves the feel of cold glass. Lydia is getting so big! She's beautiful. :)
