Mommy's little helper

Today mom said she had to clean the house, and I was going to be her little helper. Mom pushed around this big thing that made a really loud noise. Then she put a rabbit sock on my hand and said I could help her wipe up the dust bunnies. But, I had a better idea. I decided to pull all daddy's ties off the tie rack, and then mom could dust it. By the look on mom's face, I'm not sure it's what she had in mind.

Cleaning makes me sleepy!

Happy St.Patrick's Day

Lydia loves to get mail, and on St.Patrick's Day, she got two cards! One was from Great Aunt Jill and the other was from Great Grandpa Don and Great Grandma Phyllis.

She could hardly control her excitement! :)

Danny's Birthday

Last weekend we went to cousin Danny's birthday party.

Aunt Jan had lots of fun toys to play with at her house, but what I really wanted to do was walk around outside. I'm a pretty good walker these days, but the grass was bumpy, and I felt better holding someone's hand. Luckily, I had lots of safe hands to hold!

Mom and Dad are in trouble now!

These Shoes were made for Walking

A couple weekends ago, Josh and I went to Stride Rite and got Lydia her first pair of walking shoes!

Although they were a little awkward to walk in at first, Lydia immediately began to break them in, and she quickly got the hang of it. (Probably because she likes to practice walking for hours each day, as shown in the video below!)
